treepruneMany people ask, “When is the best time to prune my deciduous trees?” The answer to that question is late winter and early spring – January through March, before new leaves or blossoms come out. You want to avoid any trimming once new growth appears as the tree’s energy reserves are low and it’s easy to damage the bark.
